Evenly

Privacy policy

Last updated 6 November 2026

The short version

When you join the Evenly waitlist, we keep your email address so we can invite you to the iPhone beta and tell you about Evenly. That's it. We never sell it and never share it with anyone else for their own use.

What we collect

Your email address, and nothing else you need to type. We also note the date you signed up and, if you arrived from a link with a short tag on it (for example a post on X), that tag, so we know which posts people found us through.

To stop spam, we briefly check how many sign-ups come from the same connection. That check happens in memory and is never saved. This site doesn't use cookies.

We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and do not track you across sites.

Why we collect it

To send you your invite when the iPhone beta opens, and occasional updates about Evenly. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.

Who holds it

Growvia Digital Ltd, the company that makes Evenly, is responsible for your data. It is stored securely with Supabase, the database service we use to run Evenly, and only we can read it.

Unsubscribing and deleting your data

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To have your email deleted completely, or to ask what we hold about you, email hello@getevenly.co.uk and we'll sort it within a month, usually much sooner.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
